Cameroon’s government on Tuesday said it has arrested several Boko Haram fighters disguised as refugees with explosives hidden in their luggage.

The CCC, Anas stressed, believed that “such dialogue should be done with every sense of caution and responsibility, bearing in mind the previous disappointments that attended attempts at negotiations”.

Boko Haram, based in northeastern Nigeria, has orchestrated a six-year insurgency that’s led to hundreds of kidnappings and thousands of deaths, directly affecting neighboring nations.

He said the development was occasioned by the policy of the new military command with regards to the ongoing military operations in the country.

The Nigerian Air Force, NAF, in a combined effort with the ground troops of the Nigerian Army, have successfully repelled an attack on Bita Village by Boko Haram insurgents. He stated 12,000 Nigerians might ultimately be despatched again.

Nigerians “stood in line for hours; you voted in droves to elect a new government”, Wilson said. “Morale is low when training is low”, said Issa.

“You don’t give them a pass, from the president all the way down”.

Mr. Anas said the option of dialogue is no doubt a hard sale as suggested by many prominent Nigerians. They are going to be the kind of women that we are going to say ‘Wow!’

Your military does not lack basic firearms; it does not lack basic ability to buy ammunition on the global market. In the case of Nigeria, U.S. officials have said that some units have been vetted and deemed eligible for assistance, and others have not.

Congresswoman, Sheila Jackson Lee, in her contribution, expressed confidence that Boko Haram will be defeated.

Three states – Adamawa, Borno and Yobe – have been under a state of emergency since May 2013, due to Boko Haram’s attacks.
