Camille Cosby Basically Refused to Answer Any Questions at Her Deposition
Hefner is also facing questioning in another Cosby lawsuit, relating to a separate reported encounter with Chloe Goins, a former model who claims she was underage when she was allegedly drugged and assaulted by the funnyman at the Playboy Mansion in 2008.

The criminal and civil cases have generated countless spinoff battles over such things as whether Cosby’s wife can be questioned at a deposition and whether Constand’s recent cooperation with police violated the confidentiality agreement surrounding the financial settlement she reached with Cosby in 2006.
She repeatedly refused to answer most questions about Cosby’s “integrity” and cited marital privilege.
Cammarata asked Camille Cosby if her husband used his power and standing “to manipulate young women”.
In a statement obtained by ABC News, lawyers Dan Small and Monique Pressley, who represent Camille and Bill Cosby respectively, said that the comedian’s wife had “no relevant non-privileged information to offer in this case”. She repeatedly said she had “no opinion” when pressed on whether she viewed her husband’s behavior as dishonest and a violation of their marriage vows. While initially insisting, “I do not have an opinion”, she later admitted, “It was a big deal then, yes”, regarding learning about her husband’s infidelity decades ago.
Cosby has denied he sexually assaulted any women. Bill Cosby has not yet entered a plea in that case, but his attorneys have said he is innocent of the charges.
According to the newly-released transcript, Camille’s counsel pushed back when their client was asked whether Bill’s admission to having romantic relationships outside their marriage meant that he deceived her.
Camille Cosby answered questions in the deposition February 22 and again April 19 after her lawyers argued unsuccessfully to stop it. A judge ruled she would have to give a deposition but said she could refuse to answer questions about private communications between her and her husband.
Camille said in the deposition that Autumn is not Bill’s daughter and that she is confident about that “because there was a test, a DNA test”, according to NBC. Seven women are suing Bill for defaming their names after he called them liars in their claims that he sexually assaulted them. When she was told she had to, she answered: “I do not have to”.
A spokesman for the legal team, Andrew Wyatt, told The Associated Press that none of the lawyers could comment on the scope of Cosby’s legal battles.

In late 2014, Judy Huth sued Cosby, accusing him of forcing her to perform a sex act on him during a 1974 party at the Playboy Mansion.
