Camille Cosby ordered to offer deposition
Ordered to testify Camille Cosby was directed in a December 9 subpoena to testify at a deposition on January 6, 2016, one thing her legal professionals challenged on the grounds in that info from the twosome’s personal conversations was privileged.

This case is unrelated to the criminal case filed against the comedian in Pennsylvania earlier this week.
(CNN) – A MA court has denied a motion by Camille Cosby, wife of under-fire comedian Bill Cosby, to quash her deposition order. They brought forward a motion to oppose a subpoena issued in a defamation case brought by several women accusing Cosby of sexually assaulting them.
Attorneys for the women had claimed in court papers that Camille Cosby “has more knowledge of Mr Cosby’s sexual proclivities and encounters (consensual and non-consensual), as well as his use of Quaaludes and other sedatives” than anyone apart from Cosby himself. Cosby has since filed a countersuit against them.
The plaintiffs – Barbara Bowman, Tamara Green, Angela Leslie, Louisa Moritz, Therese Serignese, Joan Tarshis and Linda Traitz – each allege they were “drugged and/or sexually assaulted” by Bill Cosby.
The case marks the first time Cosby has been charged with a sex crime after decades of allegations from dozens of women who say they were drugged and violated by the TV star.
She’d argued that she shouldn’t have to testify against her husband, and answer questions about his sexual habits.

Last year, she released a statement supporting her husband, describing him as a victim of unvetted accusations. No start date has been set for a trial, but if eventually convicted, he could face a maximum of 10 years in prison.
