Campaign in New Hampshire, Bush ramps up criticism of Trump
So far, it hasn’t worked very well. They continued trading shots throughout the week, with Trump calling Bush “dumb as a rock” on Twitter Friday and getting in some fresh insults Saturday while campaigning in Iowa.

Bush, for his part, says he’s stepping up his criticism on Trump now because Trump is displaying shallow ideas on foreign policy.
Donald Trump continues to be the front-runner in the GOP presidential nomination race, but he’s languishing in fourth place in a new poll of Utah voters.
“That’s one of those questions that I think you have to answer in a thoughtful way if you’re running for president of the United States”, Bush said.
“I’m going to be up here a lot”, Bush said.
Bush’s decision to go after Trump comes with risks, as Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), has not been able to register in Republican-primary polls.
Bush, who long vowed to run “joyfully” above the fray, is clearly uncomfortable as an attack dog and often appears hesitant or awkward in the role.
“He’s an embarrassment to the Bush family, and in fact he doesn’t even want to use the Bush name, which is interesting”, Trump said.
“You’re a jerk. You’re never going to be president, Donald”, Bush said. With Republicans miserably unhappy with their own party’s leadership in Washington, anti-establishment sentiment seemed like a defining feature of the race. Ted Cruz of Texas and Clinton, Trump would garner 23% support, according to the poll.
Throughout the day, Bush fielded questions ranging from college affordability (he said he planned to outline a plan to fix the problem of student loan debt in roughly three weeks) to how to restore America’s position of strength in the world.
A Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics poll, released a little more than a week ago, had Cruz with a 10 point lead over Trump, 31 percent to 21 percent. Because everyone who knows me hates me. One-third of the respondents took the survey online.
One indelible image of the night came during the junior varsity debate among the five men who are clinging to something other than rational ambition. No other candidate received more than 7 percent (Bush).
Hillary Clinton … wants to run against Donald Trump. “I feel much better back here”. I’m the most giving person you’ll ever meet.

The Fox News which conducted the national poll said all interviews for the new poll were done since December 15 Republican presidential debate in Las Vegas. But, Noah said that this just made them bigger for Trump to kick, playing a clip of Trump doing exactly that. And nobody else is trying this. This time he focused his ire on Jeb Bush. “Some are different this cycle”. Then he slammed the billionaire businessman for insulting women, Hispanics and people with disabilities during the campaign. And the phenomenon works in the opposite direction: People are more likely to tell callers they have donated to charity, for example, than they actually are to donate.
