Campbell Soup recalls SpaghettiOs Original
“We were notified by the FDA that Campbell’s soup is voluntarily recalling the 14.2 oz cans of SpaghettiOs, with the February 22, 2017 date on them”, Evansons said. According to the food manufacturer, there may be pieces of red plastic in a few of the cans, which may become a choking hazard to the consumer. Customers can still return the affected cans even if they do not have a receipt.

Campbell said those who were able to swallow bits of the plastic should not worry because those are non-toxic. This is how the company learned of the problem with its SpaghettiOs Original product. “It is part of the can lining”.
This recall affects 355,000 cans and is limited to the United States.
Campbell Soup’s has issued a voluntary recall of one of their popular food products.
To reiterate, the only cans being recalled are the 14.2 oz cans with an expiration date of February 22, 2017.
