Can Arsenal FINALLY give Wenger a HAPPY anniversary?

Wenger was appointed Gunners boss in September 1996 and the club have stuck by him through the years despite their failure to win the Premier League since 2004 and nine-year trophy drought before lifting the FA Cup in 2014.

Managers Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger have never been buds.

“Arsenal has a good history”, the Italian said.

“I don’t want to go into a situation between Wenger and Mourinho. I don’t know. That depends on my health, on my age, on my capacity to think I can do a good job”. “It’s fantastic for someone to stay for 20 years in the same club”, Conte told reporters on Friday.

“Of course for the result tomorrow it will be important the way we play football, but as well the way we behave, because discipline and results are strongly linked and the results we’ve had in the last two games are that we couldn’t play 11 against 11”.

“We know we face a good team”.

“I’m sure that Arsenal will fight until the end to win the title because they’re a very good team, young players, great technique, good players with good physical potential and organisation”.

“I want us to recover well, and train well, prepare as well as possible for our game in Swansea, for our game in the Champions League and for Tottenham away”, Guardiola said.

The Frenchman further dismissed any form of personal rivalry between Arsenal and Chelsea, suggesting that the game was more than the touchy relationship he had with Mourinho.

“Sometimes I just say what i think, but that is part of the way I am. In this case it’s important what the player feels, the pain he feels”.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas impressed in the last comeback win against Leicester and this is the reason why SkySports pundit Paul Merson believes the Spaniard “must start” against his former side Arsenal.

“Today the full-backs go very much forward and he loses a lot of energy usually when he plays on the flank”. “I play him in the middle as he scores goals, the quality of his runs in behind, he’s less busy doing defensive work on the flanks and that allows him to contribute more to the offensive power of the team”.

Alex Iwobi looks set to continue in the starting line-up after getting his third assist of the season against Hull last Saturday and it’s likely to mean a return for Theo Walcott on the right hand side following his absence from the EFL Cup game at Nottingham Forest.

Robert Snodgrass only made one appearance in Hull's previous Premier League campaign due to injury
