Released on Friday, the new trailer showcases a range of characters heroes Yooka and Laylee will encounter on their platforming adventure.
When a game is considered to be a spiritual successor to Banjo-Kazooie we expect to see many weird and amusing characters.
The game is now planned for a Q1 2017 release.
In May 2015, Playtonic Games director Gavin Price hinted that his team has begun talks with Nintendo to produce Yooka and Laylee amiibo figures.
We won’t have to wait too long either, as the game is now scheduled to release in March of next year.
