Joe’s Cobra will be teaming up for a crossover comic book event from IDW next year.

In a Capcom Unity blog post outlining exhibit plans for the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con, the wearable Mega Man Helmet has been confirmed. That said, Masters isn’t the same fighter that many have become accustomed to this time around.
Setting aside Ken’s modified appearance, which limits his iconic red robes to his lower torso and slings his golden locks into a ponytail, there are a number of revamped moves the hero now has.
During the SDCC Capcom Panel, the company revealed a new fighter making his way to Street Fighter V.
Fans of the series will notice Ken has been given a big redesign and now sports longer hair pulled back in a ponytail, much like his younger, Alpha period incarnation. In the video below you can see the new-look Ken showing off some of his iconic fire-imbued kicks. It’s also all the excuse Capcom needs to introduce some new and highly-desirable merchandize to its online store and the Capcom Booth during the convention.
Mega Man fans will be pleased to learn that this week Capcom have announced they will soon be offering the ability for fans to purchase their very own fully wearable Mega Man helmet. He doesn’t look familiar to me, but there are people who know a lot more about Street Fighter than I do.
