Cardinals’ Arians not planning to rest any stars vs Seahawks

The Packers (10-5, 5-3 on the road) represent another daunting task for the Redskins. On the other side of the coin, the Seahawks could grab the fifth seed with a win over the Cardinals and a Minnesota loss at Green Bay (the Vikings and Packers play Sunday with the NFC North crown on the line).

Julia Cooney, onboard the Brindabella, told The Australian newspaper that “nothing can prepare you for something like that”. She said she felt “pure terror at one stage”. “We are going to finish this damned race”, he said ahead of the win.

The NFL has moved the showdown from noon to 7:30 p.m., and it will be televised nationally by NBC.

Congress leads in Karnataka legislative council polls
The BJP suffers a tremendous blow in Chhattisgarh civic polls, out of 11 urban bodies the party could only managed to win three. The former, a BJP national vicepresident, was looking to make a comeback to Karnataka politics after the council polls.

“I think there’s some truth to that honestly”, Greenway said. But at the same time, we just have to go out there and be ourselves. This would be great for our fans…. “He’s not going to give us the game”.

Minnesota went on to go 1-3 following that loss, but have won 2 of their past 3 and look strong after beating the New York Giants on Sunday night. Including that game, Minnesota is 0-5-1 at Lambeau since last winning there in 2009 – when Brett Favre quarterbacked the Vikings.

They now have that opportunity. As I wrote last week, the Seahawks had a chance to all but wrap up the 5th seed if they could have just shown up and played like they cared last week against an inferior but inspired St. Louis Rams team. Should the Packers lose to the Vikings, they would go into the playoffs as No. 5 and would travel to No. 4 Washington in the wild-card round.

The six NFC playoff teams are set and for the second straight year neither the Eagles nor the Giants are among them.

And since the order of the top two seeds – Carolina (14-1) and Arizona (13-2) – remains in doubt, the parameters for the Seahawks if they get past the first round remain speculative, too.

It’s getting harder and harder to figure out the Green Bay Packers.

Arizona sacked Aaron Rodgers eight times and returned two fumbles for touchdowns in a 38-8 rout of the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Smith told Wisconsin media Wednesday that he wants Green Bay’s players to know that Minnesota played with a toughness that Vikings Head Mike Zimmer has instilled in his team. “We’ll have to play good team defense”. “I just happened to be watching (the game against the Cardinals) and (Rodgers) still looks like a surgeon to me when he throws the ball….”

Veteran linebacker Chad Greenway appeared on Pro Football Talk Live last month and admitted there’s an intimidation factor when they are playing the Packers. He’s played against the Seahawks twice – he started the 2014 loss at FedExField and he replaced Griffin in the 2012 playoffs loss – but has never gone up against the Vikings or Packers. Right now, it is all they are focused on. Things we thought we knew about this team are now huge questions. And each opposing quarterback – Rodgers, Wilson and Teddy Bridgewater – present challenges most quarterbacks can’t rival, so it will be tough going no matter which team ends up making the trip. “We can’t talk about it until we do it, and they’re the pinnacle right now”. Beat Green Bay was the message on the back. He isn’t planning on rolling out any new garments this week, figuring playing for the division crown is motivation enough. If the Vikings can get to Rodgers and sack him early in the game, there is a good possibility that they could win the game.

Peterson meanwhile has been relatively quiet lately, posting just one 100-yard game in the past four weeks, that coming last week against NY.
