Cardinals coach Arians hospitalized with stomach pain
When the Arizona Cardinals walked onto the field at Qualcomm Stadium Tuesday night for their first joint practice with the San Diego Chargers, they were without their head coach.

Prior to coaching the Cardinals, Arians had fainted before a playoff game during his time as interim coach of the Colts in January 2013.
Soon after reaching the stadium, he started experiencing stomach pain and told the team’s medical staff. After an evaluation by medical personnel at the venue, Arians was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.

The 63-year old is a two-time Coach of the Year award victor and has also survived a bout with prostate cancer. The Cards will provide more updates as they become available. In three seasons as Cardinals head coach, Arians record in 34-14 in the regular season and 1-2 in the postseason.
