A care worker, who is believed to be mentally disabled, is now in police custody for chopping few patients’ testicles off.

According to the report, Wang Fan, 46, was working with a care home in north-eastern China’s Heilongjiang Province, where he was only given place to sleep and food to eat.
But he was apparently fuming after the patients had been given a meatball casserole and ate the lot, meaning there was none left over for the hungry care worker.
He then decided to take revenge and hence hacked off SIX testicles of the four patients of his ward.
Later, one victim, Chi Liang, 62, said in a talk “I thought he was tying me down because of some medical procedure but then I realized actually something was wrong and I yelled and screamed, but nobody came.”
However, when the care worker was executing his anger, some other staff came and stopped him.
All four of the injured men are understood to be out of danger but remain hospitalized.
