Carly Fiorina ends 2016 Republican bid for President

Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina announced Wednesday that she suspended her 2016 presidential campaign in a Facebook message on her official page. “It really is exceed expectations”.

“The game is rigged in NY in Washington”, Fiorina said. Still, her Iowa-caucus finish put her roughly tied with Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R), while she beat out New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R), both of whom have staked their campaigns on success in New Hampshire.

Fiorina, 61, was excluded from last week’s presidential debate, and her poor performance in New Hampshire was not surprising.

“Grace loves Carly and this is why we’re here”, said Stephanie Lesparance, whose young daughter asked to be taken to a Fiorina event in the suburbs of Manchester, ahead of Tuesday’s primary vote. “Last time people were talking when Carly came to speak she said, ‘Momma, people are talking while Carly’s talking, they need to be quiet'”.

Real-estate magnate Donald Trump appears poised to win the state.

Still, Fiorina struck a chord with many Republican voters, many of whom were especially drawn to her fierce anti-abortion viewpoints and spirited appearances on the campaign trail and in debates.

The Internet has rallied around one inspiring woman: a little lady in a diner who just wanted to have her breakfast in peace. It is about the people of this great nation and, particularly, it is about the people of New Hampshire.

Fiorina said that she had “no regrets” about running for President, despite her dismal showing in New Hampshire. She won’t admit it and will probably delay bowing out of the race until at least after the SC primary 10 days from now, but there is no realistic scenario in which she can secure the nomination. “The whole system is unfair”.
