Speaking on NBC’s “Today” Monday, Carson, who endorsed Trump last week, acknowledged that he might not use the same rhetoric that Trump uses at his rallies, but emphasized that Trump is a different person off-stage and should not be discounted.

Jake then threw back to breaking news of another incident of violence at a Donald Trump rally where Ben had been attacked by an angry mob who mistook him for a protester, which showed Ben with a big steak over his right eye from being beaten while Donald looked sullen.

The university arena turned into a chaotic scene as the two warring sides amped up their positions.

“As we campaign, we have protesters”, Cruz said.

“Trump didn’t have a bad debate”. “But recognize that the people of America is not at a place I’m at”.

But at the end of the day, I have to believe that most Americans agree with me about the sacred trust. “Trump, would you like to cancel?’ I said, ‘Absolutely not'”.

“All you can say as a Republican is it’s hard to imagine that a Republican isn’t going to support the Republican nominee”, said Bud Pierce, a Salem oncologist running for governor.

It was the second time Friday that a Trump rally was disrupted by people opposed to the outspoken real estate mogul who seems on a relentless path to his party’s nomination for the November election.

Carson shot to the top of the Republican pack a year ago but faltered in the early nominating contests. Do they really see Trump working the phones to get the votes of junior congressmen, or spending hours with earphones listening to foreign leaders at the United Nations, having the patience for detailed security briefings with no clear answers?

Trump’s rivals, including Republicans Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio, along with Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, have blamed Trump for encouraging a violent tone at his events and inciting his supporters to get physical. The better. Which means Trump and Carson should clarify exactly what was discussed. Beck Bennett, playing the role of CNN host Jake Tapper, cut to the Dr. Ben Carson endorsement of GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump.

HollywoodLifers, what did you think of SNL’s hilarious opening skit? And I think that’s something that will be demonstrated very clearly, very shortly. This will be hard; all I see are people walking around with their heads in their iPhones.

Trump also raised the possibility that he will not attend the next Republican debate, scheduled for later this month in Salt Lake City.

Most of the public has become rightfully concerned that Trump rallies are a breeding ground for racially based violence, and that the candidate himself is the one egging on his audience.

But to make that decision, they should know what Trump believes and what he doesn’t.

“If no one has the nomination locked up in June, everyone involved – candidates, delegates and other party actors – will feel intense pressure to get this done before the convention”, he writes. Florida’s Presidential Primary is on Tuesday.
