Carson Wentz’s first drive was a fever dream. The skeptical questions plaguing pregame that ranged from the health and preparedness of Wentz to the quality of the Eagles receivers were quickly silenced.

Danny Shelton showed some bright plays for the team. Even then, Griffin lobbied to go back and play, though all he could manage to do was concede three handoffs while the clock ran out. He was solid for the Browns.

The Browns offense got off to a real slow start. He was standing back there even when he had pressure in his face getting hit and throwing the ball on target and moving the ball all over the field. Those were his stats at game’s end as well. RG3 says that he will be able to play during week 2.
