Casey Affleck & Stephen Colbert Sit Through Awkward Interview
Oof. Find out how Affleck reacted to that little jab in the video above.

And according to a DailyMail.com source who was in the Ed Sullivan theater for the taping, there were even more awkward moments that were cut from the final show.
“I’m not saying you don’t look good”, he continued, causing the Triple 9 actor to call Colbert rude.
Near the end of the taping, Colbert had to come back on the stage and re-shoot that part of the show to get the movie’s name right.
Casey Affleck talks about reading the screenplay of “Triple 9” and why he chose to be a part of the film.
Triple 9 opens this weekend. Therein followed attempts by Colbert to bring the actor back onside with humor, but Affleck would either butt-in before the punch lines or the jokes landed flat. It also didn’t help when Colbert asked the watery-eyed Affleck if he had any brothers or sisters, outside of “one that I know of”.
The two then started to bicker before Colbert joked that Affleck looked like “a street-corner Jesus”.
“No, I’m not saying that at all”, Colbert replied.
“It’s just water, did you want something else but water?” asked Colbert. The other big caveat here is that Colbert was terrific as an interviewer on The Colbert Report-he perfected Bill O’Reilly’s smug, interrupting style, and he always let his guests make their points through his constant faux-conservative barrage. “Until I get to my joke”.
“It’s suddenly going so well”, said Affleck.
