Dave Kempas told ABC this week that his pet Tigger leaves piles of stolen trinkets in his driveway and back porch and has been continuously doing so for the past four years. I didn’t get it honestly in the first place’. The police officer said he doesn’t know why Tigger seems to prefer these types of “kills” over things like mice and birds. “It was just a little bud, but it was definitely weed”. Kempas is a sergeant with the West Linn POlice deparment in Oregon.
