Reports said Kejriwal had deferred his leave by a month as he wanted to personally supervise the implementation of the odd-even scheme for vehicles for reducing Delhi’s pollution. Police whisked away the woman, who was interrogated at the Model Town police station.

It could be recalled that earlier also Kejriwal became victim of ink attack at Varanasi, Uttar pradesh when he was campaigning for general elections. “Please take that paper from her she is mentioning some CNG scam”, he said.

However, Aam Aadmi Party followers are saying that this event was triggered by the opposition.

The court’s order came on the plea by DDCA that Kejriwal “with prior motive, has recently indulged in certain false, shocking, scandalous, defamatory, baseless, slanderous, malicious, disgraceful and outrageous statements which are defamatory against them”.
