CBS aired an incredible focus group of Donald Trump supporters
Secretary of State John Kerry has said Donald Trump’s comments about banning the entry of Muslims into the United States ‘endanger national security’.

Mr. Trump is aligning himself with some very unsavory characters from history.
Does anyone think our intolerance problem is limited to Trump?
Asked about his earlier comments calling Trump “unhinged”, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush said: “Donald, you know, is great at the one-liners”.
In the debate hosted by CNN in Las Vegas, Trump defended his call, saying: “We are not talking about isolation; we are talking about security”. But the members and supporters of ISIS represent an extremely small percentage of the Muslim population of more than 1.6 billion people. “Trump is tapping into the phenomenon”, said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute.
Stealing others’ Christmas trees, gifts, decorations, is an ultimate Grinch move. On Twitter, Trump said the meeting with Netanyahu would take place “after I become president of the United States”. I think basically what he’s doing is saying, ‘OK, wait a minute. So if you don’t want a maniacal billionaire to hold the fate of your country in his hands, speak out, before it’s too late.
They hear U.S. House Speaker Paul Ryan say, “This is not conservatism”, and British Prime Minister David Cameron call it, “Quite simply wrong”.
He added that some of Trump’s proposals for fighting terrorism “would defy every norm that is American”.
With 41% support, Trump soars over his competitors. He modestly condemned them, and I thought it was sort of inappropriate that he condemned them, but that’s OK.
Of course, we do have a choice and Trump meant that statement to be provocative.
Donald Trump’s campaign for president will likely be studied for years, and not just by political scientists but also by psychologists.
Mr Ali in his statement said there was “nothing Islamic about killing innocent people in Paris, San Bernardino, or anywhere else in the world”. “Muslim Americans are our friends and our neighbours, our co-workers, our sports heroes”, he said.
What I find odd about support for Donald Trump’s standard is it really won’t stop people who would threaten our country.
About Trump’s proposed moratorium on Muslim visas, Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid said: “This sort of racism has been prevalent in Republican politics for decades”.
The Bill of Rights itself was an 18th-century compromise to ensure the ratification of the Constitution, which the aptly named Antifederalists opposed because, without the Bill of Rights, it didn’t provide much of a framework for civil liberties.
But Republicans are far more receptive; 54 percent voiced support for the ban in the CBS poll.
“And if I’m president and if Obama has brought some to this country, they are leaving”.
As a Mexican-American columnist who writes often about immigration, I have little tolerance for bigotry.

During a 29-person focus group made up of mostly Trump supporters in a suburb of Washington last week, just eight participants said they disagreed with Trump’s proposal. I’m not looking to be politically correct….
