CBSE 12th Result 2017: CBSE announces Class 12th exam results

“I still can’t believe the result, my aim was to do well, didn’t expect to top”, Raksha Gopal said.

Thirty three students have secured 100 marks in at least one or the other subjects and girls passing percentage is 92 which is ten percent more than boy’s passing percentage which is 82 percent.

In a press note announcing the declaration of class 12 results, CBSE chairman RK Chaturvedi said that the board “will follow the moderation policy”.

Mannat Luthra and Aditya Jain, also from Chandigarh, jointly bagged the third rank with 99.2 per cent in commerce section.

Talking to ABP News, Raksha said she’s delighted with her performance. The 12th class exams took place from March 9th to April 29th, 2017.

According to the data released by registration for the Class 12 exams saw a 2.82% increase whereas the registration for the Class 10 exams witnessed an increase of 15.73% as compared to the past year. After delaying the result due to the controversy with the Marks Moderation Policy, the board, in the morning around 10 am, announced the results of all its 10 regions simultaneously and students immediately flocked to its website to check their results.
