Emirates airline, Etihad Airways and flydubai have confirmed to Khaleej Times that they are putting the ban on the use of Note 7 on the flights.

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission Friday urged Note 7 owners to stop using it.
In a statement posted September 10 on its website, Samsung asked users around the world to “immediately” return their existing Galaxy Note 7 and get a replacement.
Aviation authorities in a number of countries have been prohibiting the use of Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 7 inside flights.
In astatement, Samsungconfirmed that it’s collaborating with the CPSC, and also says it’s no longer selling or shipping phones affected by the issue.
The transportation ministry also asked people not to put their Galaxy Note 7 phones in their checked-in luggage.
In a post at their official Facebook page, Cebu Pacific Air advised passengers not to stow the device in checked baggage.
Qantas and Virgin Australia also told customers Thursday not to use or charge the devices on their planes.

“Following a directive issued by the Trinidad & Tobago Civil Aviation Authority (TTCAA), effective immediately, Caribbean Airlines has enforced a ban on the in-flight use and battery charging of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 smartphones, on all flights”, the airline states in an advisory on its website. The Galaxy Note series is one of the most expensive lineups made by Samsung.
The Note 7 has yet to officially go on sale in Malaysia but 4,000 units were grabbed up via pre-order online sales and limited sales via telcos.

The mobile division accounts for the lion’s share of Samsung’s business, but has been increasingly squeezed by competition both from Apple’s iPhone and by lower-end devices from Chinese rivals such as Huawei.
