Centre, Congress, TDP to be blamed for Andhra Pradesh not getting special

Congress worker Muni Kama Koti, who set himself on fire demanding special category status for Andhra Pradesh at a party meeting here on Saturday, died on Sunday while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Chennai.
