Following the lead of companies like Qualcomm, Samsung and LG, Alcatel OneTouch has teased part of its 2016 device lineup ahead of a full announcement at CES next week.
Alongside, Alcatel OneTouch introduced the brand new members of the PIXI 4 family which will offer some of the best designs and features in the entry level market.
The tablet offers customization through skins and covers. It is not yet known when the PIXI 3 will be released.
Pricing and availability for the Pixi 3 hasn’t yet been revealed although we’ll likely learn more about it at CES.

Alcatel OneTouch has unveiled a new series, the Pixi 4. This includes smartphones with screens of 4.0, 5.3 and 6.0 inches, as well as a 7-inch tablet. In a press note, Alcatel OneTouch has designated these devices as “premium entry-level devices”. The GPS watch allows parents to locate their children and also call them or leave them messages. It works with an app that lets adults know the whereabouts of the children as made possible by the Global Positioning System locator. Surprisingly, the one device that will certainly catch consumers attention will be the 8-inch PIXI 3 tablet which runs on Windows 10 Mobile instead of Android. A security measure is 10 pre-set contacts that kids can reply to or 5 registered numbers to call, so you know they are only getting in touch with people that you want them to. The battery lasts up to four days and comes in two color combinations. The wearable will make its way to Europe and Latin America first in April.
