Cespedes’ 3 homers carry Mets past Rockies

The Colorado Rockies just can’t figure out the New York Mets, evidenced by the Rockies being on the losing end in each of the last eight times the clubs have met. New York hit five homers in a game for the first time since September 5, 2014, at Cincinnati.Cespedes tied a franchise record with his three homers and set career-highs in homers, hits, RBIs and runs.
