Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes youngster Jordon Ibe can have a bright future if he is prepared to work hard.

England Under-21 global Jordon Ibe scored his first goal for Liverpool as he helped the Reds to a 1-0 win away to Rubin Kazan in the UEFA Europa League.
If Klopp has grabbed most of the headlines for Liverpool’s recent improvement – the Reds having won their last three games in all competitions – Ibe has emerged as a player capable of filling the gap left by Raheem Sterling’s departure for Manchester City. This is a good test, then, and another useful indicator of the task facing Klopp.
Liverpool’s win over Rubin Kazan moved it within one point of FC Sion for first place in Group B, and its prospect for advancing out of the group look good with two games remaining.
“It was not easy with possession, we could have had more and we deserved our goal and then we have to learn to win”, he added.
He showed his commitment to progress in the Europa League by taking a near full strength squad on the 5,000 mile round trip to Kazan on Thursday and was rewarded with a 1-0 win that has kept Liverpool on course for the round of 32.

Klopp is now six games unbeaten heading into Sunday’s game with Crystal Palace – his side’s performance level is increasing with each game – but he attributes the improvement to the response of his squad rather than his personal approach to coaching.

In a mad seven minute rant after Chelsea’s defeat against Southampton last month, Mourinho made it quite clear that the club had to sack him if they wanted to get rid of him.
“Stevie has a contract with LA Galaxy, he loves this club and he is a legend and when his contract has ended we can talk about different stuff”, said the German. They get experience but not the experience they should get.
“We are four weeks together and have more experience together”.

“We need to try and capitalise on what they are not good at and defending is an issue that club has had for a few time and we aim to exploit that”.
