ChampOne Communications, an Indian device manufacturing company, has announced the launch of its ChampOne C1 smartphone, which would be priced initially at just Rs 501 for promoting the device.

By promising a smartphone for Rs 501, ChampOne is no doubt looking to grab some limelight, and it seems to have succeeded to an extent. We implore our readers to not fall into such traps, and not share their personal details with such companies.
Specifications: The New handset features a 5.0-Inch HD 1280×720 Pixels resolution IPS Display. On the software front, it runs on Android Lollipop 5.1. The device supports a 5 Mega Pixel front facing camera for better selfies. Furthermore, there’s 2GB of RAM, 2500mAh battery with Quick Charge (we assume they mean 2.1A fast charging here), and 16GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB via a MicroSD card.
