As Kenzo prepares to debut its designs for fast fashion retailer H&M, the collaborators are sharing a first look at the collection’s personality-driven campaign.
Ever since the Kenzo x H&M collaboration was announced we couldn’t wait to see the looks – and now we’re finally getting a glimpse of the collection in the cool new campaign! “In all honesty, I haven’t read a book since when I was like in high school”, he admits. He adds with a grin, “I’m very good at pretending like I read a lot, but I don’t really know anything”. And if the rest of the collaboration is as bright and bold as what Chance is wearing in his shot, we’re in for one of the most eye-popping collections of the year.
Goude has used his signature hand-made cut-up style, slicing and reassembling the prints to express the exuberance and character of the collection.
Kenzo creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon are known for their penchant for brash colours and prints and this is evident in the looks worn by the ambassadors.

The next campaign preview will be revealed on H&M’s website on October 17, featuring actresses Rosario Dawson, Chloë Sevigny, Japanese musician/composer Ryuichi Sakamoto and climate activist Xiuhtezcatl Martinez.
