Chances of white Christmas not good, weather service says
The climate is expected to change once again Sunday as the likelihood for yet another day of record warm returns, with temperatures expected to reach 66 degrees.

The unseasonable warmth follows an exceptionally balmy Christmas Eve, when the mercury hit a record 72 in Central Park – rivaling temperatures this past July for the city. Sunday night will be the coldest as the temperature is expected to sink to 18 degrees, Seto said.
Last year’s record for Christmas Day was 63 degrees.
The official temperature for the region is recorded at the weather service station in North Charleston.
A wind advisory remains in effect until 1 pm on Thursday, with gusts as high as 50 miles per hour expected.
