I can’t sit here and tell you which players will now be all into Ohio State, but this draft has been FAR more about the Buckeyes than it has been Alabama coming off four titles in seven years. Two players with knee problems who could potentially be huge risk with a pick this high in the draft still. Meanwhile, Noah Spence, another drug-use-red-flag player who might be the best pure pass rusher in the draft, is still available. They had Marques Colston retire and they have a young crew behind him. Has an National Football League body, and the work ethic needed to succeed at the highest level. A team in the second round is going to be very lucky he’s there.
VONN BELL ALSO GOES TO NOLA: I know there are concerns that he’s not the most physical guy around and he is slight of frame, but Bell is a great cover safety.

Aside from quarterback, the top need for the Browns’ organization was a playmaking wide receiver who defenses have to account for on each play. I was at first as well, but the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. This trade likely took place because another team was talking with Washington in order to move up and grab Fuller. Doesn’t play hard all the time, but that can be solved by playing for money and being surrounded by older veterans that demand effort. The Bills easily could’ve went with a quarterback with this pick, but filling their most pressing need was the clear choice.
Michigan State’s Connor Cook headlines the list of quarterbacks still on the board, along with Mississippi State’s Dak Prescott, Ohio State’s Cardale Jones and Oregon’s Vernon Davis. From a size/speed/athleticism standpoint, Braxton Miller compares with anyone. Anywhere sports are being discussed, that’s where you’ll find him. If 15 Buckeyes get selected, expect more recruiting graphics. “I think that’s something unique I can bring”.

It was the second year in a row that the Titans have drafted the reigning Heisman victor after picking Marcus Mariota second overall last season. They could have built their team around Zeke for a decade. They had an extra 4th round pick from trading away Martellus Bennett and were willing to part with it in order to get their guy. I’d rather have Zeke at number-two and go from there. He didn’t record any picks at Clemson, but still should have gone before Eli Apple and especially before Artie Burns. Tyler Boyd should start opposite A.J. Green and produce. He was highly productive at Oklahoma State and can play in multiple different spots along the defensive line. Bengals have a stacked roster, and this adds more quality. Corey Coleman, WR, Keanu Neal, S, Ryan Kelly, C, and Joshua Garnett are the glaring examples of players who have been over drafted. He should have been taken by now. Maybe the “inside” story will come out, but something is wrong here.
