According to the Fairfield County Sheriffs Office, there were no prior reports of domestic violence at the home of Daniel and Angela Luke, the Columbus Dispatch reports.

Her mother, Brittany Beyer says, “she didn’t mean to do it. She was just trying to get away”.

Then you can hear the girl talking to her mother, saying, “Go fast mommy, go fast!”

According to WTTE, the original charges against her have been dropped and the school district has invited Angela to return to teaching whenever she feels comfortable.

Luke, 40, was initially charged with two counts of homicide following the death of her husband, Daniel Luke.

“My father’s dead!” the girl told the dispatcher. Please send someone. The dispatcher kept the girl on the line and reassured her that help was on the way.

The dispatcher asked again whether her father had ever been violent before.

The 40-year-old said her husband was grabbing on to one of the vehicle windows while she was attempting to drive away, but he lost his grip and fell in the way of her auto.

‘The Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office is reviewing the recent tragedy with the outstanding work and full cooperation of the Fairfield County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Then on Thursday, while a spokesperson for the lawyer’s office didn’t comment on the motion, the source did explain that Fairfield County Prosecutor Gregg Marx only has 30 days to decide whether or not to administer new charges. I have already spoken to her attorney, Mr. Jon Tyack and I am personally working on this case. Marx’s office won’t discuss the investigation publicly, he said. She said, “They’ve been fighting for a long time, but he’s never took it this far”.

“It’s compelling enough that it allowed the superintendent to make a decision that she thought was the right decision for Mrs. Luke and the district”, Ball said.
