Prosecutors also charged Robert and Michael Bever with Assault and Battery With Intent to Kill for multiple stabbings of their 13-year-old sister.
Detective say the brothers acted collectively once they killed their mother and father, David and April Bever, and their siblings Daniel, Christopher and Victoria.
First-degree murder is punishable by life in prison or death, but Kunzweiler has said the maximum sentence facing the younger brother if he is convicted of first-degree murder is life in prison or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Authorities arrived at the house to find a gruesome scene: Faint cries for help led them to a 13-year-old sister of the boys who was stabbed several times, critically injured but alive.
A two-year-old sister was found in the home unharmed.
Both brothers will make their first court appearance Monday morning.
