CHARLESTON SOUTHERN: It is hard enough for an FCS team to compete with a top 25 program with an intact roster, but without almost half of their starters, the Buccaneers at least can say they averted a shutout. Charleston Southern is coming off a 57-7 win over Kentucky State after losing a heartbreaker in overtime to five-time defending FCS champion North Dakota State to open its season.
