It’s been nearly three weeks since Charlie Sheen revealed that he’s HIV positive during an interview with Matt Lauer, and the wild and freaky stories about the bad boy actor’s personal life haven’t stopped since.

The actor disclosed publicly on The Today Show in the U.S. last month that he is HIV-positive, and acknowledged that the revelation may lead to litigation.

The 26-year-old admitted the they had unprotected sex multiple times before she discovered he had HIV.

Reports say Rossi, who works in pornography, filed a lawsuit against Sheen this week, alleging assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

Now his ex-fiancee, Scottine Ross, is actually taking legal action over the fact that he didn’t disclose his medical condition before having sex with her. In addition to that, The Wrap reported that Ross is suing her ex over claims that he abused her physically, emotionally, and psychologically. They then got engaged in January 2014, but it ended later that year. The suit also outlines an incident on a plane where Sheen allegedly flew into a rage after Ross wouldn’t let him feed her french fries. I’ll f-king kill you. According to People, Rossi stayed in the abusive relationship because she truly loved him. Ross filed her lawsuit one day after Sheen allegedly reneged on an agreement to pay her $1 million and earnings from his canceled TV show, “Anger Management”, to settle her claims. Since he was already on treatment to help prevent the transmission of HIV, the two agreed to “engage in unprotected sexual intercourse like a normal couple”. She found out she was pregnant in March 2014, and Sheen freaked out, saying that he did not want a child with the same HIV status as him. Sheen also allegedly said he did not want the child to inherit HIV.
