Ross claims that she and Sheen had sex on at least five occasions before she discovered medication in his cabinet for the treatment of HIV.

“Instead, part of the entire ruse was to get her to fall in love with him, convince her that they would be together forever, and that, in turn, allowed Plaintiff to be manipulated into agreeing to engage in unprotected sexual intercourse with Sheen, despite knowing he was HIV-positive”. Sheen maintains that he told all of his lovers about his HIV-positive status.
Ever since Charlie Sheen revealed that he is HIV positive on November 17 on the “Today” show, a lot of his exes have been coming forward, claiming that Sheen had never informed them that he was aware of this life-changing diagnosis.
Rossi, who was engaged to Sheen for about a year, has sued the actor, claiming she was forced to have an abortion after he claimed she’d give birth to a “retarded child” considering his HIV status.
“Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross”, reads a statement that Sheen’s attorney, Martin Singer, provided to ABC News.
Rossi says that she would ask “if he was taking the medication, and he would convince her he was, but then she would determine later that, in fact, he was not taking it at certain times”.
She claims her ex went insane when she told him she was expecting his child in March, 2014, and Charlie, who recently confirmed reports he was diagnosed HIV positive in 2011, threatened to dump her if she refused to abort the baby.
He and Ross, an adult film actress with the screen name of Brett Rossi, were in a relationship from November 2013 to October 2014.
As Radar reported, Scottine filed an assault and battery lawsuit against Sheen on December 3.

She also claims Sheen put a hit out on her ex-husband; when she and Sheen started dating, she was still married to the man, Jonathan Ross, but was in the process of getting a divorce. The suit also outlines an incident on a plane where Sheen allegedly flew into a rage after Ross wouldn’t let him feed her french fries. “We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action”.
