In an interview with “Today” on Tuesday, Sheen revealed he was first diagnosed four years ago… and insisted it was “impossible” he transmitted the virus to anyone else.

Instead, his discussion of his health condition on national TV only served to confirmed what, as it appeared, many already knew.

Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Magic Johnson, who announced he was HIV-positive in 1991, also praised Sheen.

Sheen said that he realized something was wrong when started getting “a series of cluster headaches”, and “sweating the bed”.

Speaking on the podcast “Allegedly With Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss”, the actress said things were “up and down” between them, adding: I’m always here for him but he’s an addict. “It’s a hard three letters to absorb”, Sheen said. He now has “an undetectable level of the virus in his blood”.

CHARLIE Sheen’s former assistant has given an insight into the actor’s life in the aftermath of his announcement. “We weren’t initially obviously unprotected but we became unprotected when we chose to be exclusive and we had a conversation about that”, she said.

During his appearance on America’s Today show, Charlie admitted he spent a long time trying to keep the news secret, and handed over more than £6 million to silence those who threatened to go public with his story.

The “Grace and Frankie” star said he and his wife saw Charlie on Saturday and offered to additionally support him by backing out of Tuesday evening’s event and going with him to “Today”, but Charlie said no and that “this was his and his alone”. “I thought it was over”. My trust turned to their treason.

“There’s a very big scare about it [HIV] out there and I think it’s obviously just a lot of social stigma that came back from when there wasn’t treatment for this and this was a death sentence”, she said during an appearance on The Dr. Oz Show.
