Charlie Sheen sued by former fiancee

Embattled actor Charlie Sheen is being sued by his ex-fiancee Brett Rossi, but it’s what he specifically said to her about their unborn child that’s truly horrific.

In the lawsuit, Rossi describes her first meeting with the actor in 2013, when he forced her to sign an “illegal and unenforceable” non-disclosure agreement.

The lawsuit does not say whether Ross is HIV-positive.

Rossi also contests that she and Sheen had sex at least five times before she discovered his HIV medication and confronted him, and that his assurance that he hasn’t missed a dose of his medication is a lie.

Rossi further claims that Sheen was physically and emotionally abusive towards her throughout the duration of their relationship. She is seeking $1 million and earnings from Sheen’s canceled TV show, Anger Management, which was part of an alleged agreement between the couple.

“She now realizes that Sheen likely had no intention of ever marrying her or staying with her”, Ring claimed in the suit. “When plaintiff confronted Sheen, Sheen locked plaintiff in a room for hours, screaming at her and telling her that she was “fucking stupid” for involving herself in the matter”.

The lawsuit purportedly states she was pregnant but forced to get an abortion by the actor, who allegedly told her he “did not want his child to have his blood type [HIV positive]”. He insisted that she get an abortion and even threatened her that he would kick her out if she resisted.

Ross said Sheen ended their relationship by sending a text message.

Ross said what started as a sex-for-hire relationship developed into a romantic relationship and she believed “that they would eventually be getting married”.

“As a result of this exposure, plaintiff has suffered serious emotional distress from a reasonable fear that she will contract HIV”, the lawsuit says.

But he denied that he failed to disclose his status to sexual partners.
