Charlie Sheen will fight ex-fiancée Brett Rossi’s lawsuit

According to CNN, the lawsuit details several freaky instances, including the time Sheen allegedly threw Ross’s Tiffany bracelet in the ocean while on a boat trip in Hawaii.

Rossi says that she would ask “if he was taking the medication, and he would convince her he was, but then she would determine later that, in fact, he was not taking it at certain times”. She is seeking $1 million and earnings from Sheen’s canceled TV show, “Anger Management”, which was part of an alleged agreement between the couple.

Ever since Charlie Sheen revealed that he is HIV positive on November 17 on the “Today” show, a lot of his exes have been coming forward, claiming that Sheen had never informed them that he was aware of this life-changing diagnosis.

Rossi, whose legal name is Scottine Ross, filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday, reported CNN.

However, amid other lurid allegations detailed in the suit itself, Ross said Sheen “became a different person” while drinking to excess and doing drugs, becoming “violent and abusive”. The two first met in November 2013 when she agreed to have sex with the 50-year-old “Two and a Half Men” actor for $10,000.

She is suing for unspecified damages for assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence.

Rossi claims she was pregnant in March of 2014 and once she approached Sheen with the baby news, he angrily demanded that she have an abortion.

Marty Singer, a lawyer for the father-of-five, says Charlie plans on fighting his ex’s accusations – which reportedly include threats of violence if she didn’t have an abortion (which he allegedly requested so they wouldn’t have “retarded child”, Us Weekly reports) and claims of verbal and physical abuse. She said she went into an “emotional tailspin and attempted to commit suicide”. But he denied that he failed to disclose his status to sexual partners. However, Martin Singer, Charlie’s attorney, has said that they intend to defend the lawsuit, and are confident Sheen will prevail.
