He finished with 40 points and sat out the fourth quarter.

In Washington, Kobe Bryant scored 12 of his season-high 31 points in the fourth quarter of his final game in Washington to help the Lakers snap a seven-game losing streak.

Curry said he promised his coach (Bob McKillop) he would complete his courses, and he said that he’ll get started on that when he can.

The Warriors extended their NBA-record season-opening win streak to 20 games.

Newton and the Panthers aren’t doing so bad themselves, sitting ideal at 11-0 one game away from clinching a playoff spot and a third consecutive NFC South championship.

Thompson scored 13 of his 21 points in the opening quarter when the Warriors had a 32-23 lead.

Forget comparing them to past great teams like the Bulls or Lakers.

Curry left Davidson as the school’s all-time leader in three-point field goals made, 30-point games and total points scored according to Sports Reference. A Southern Conference game between Davidson (5-0) and Charlotte would not normally get any media attention, but because Curry was in the building there were cameras everywhere and the game’s highlights were actually featured Sportscenter. “I think I got a little spark from my dad’s ceremony and it might have gotten me going”.

Minus leading scorer Jahlil Okafor, with the rookie suspended by his own team for disciplinary reasons, the 76ers were a distant second best throughout, trailing 81-58 at the end of the third quarter, with Kristaps Porzingis’ 17 points and 10 rebounds helping the Knicks end a four-game skid.

He returned for his junior season and shifted from shooting guard to point guard, though Davidson failed to make the NCAA tournament, and Curry’s hot reputation took somewhat of a hit.

George and the Indiana Pacers are going supernova, but the Golden State Warriors and Curry are destroying the whole universe. They led by as many as 26 at one point.

The Hornets (10-8) shot just 37.2 percent from the field, including Kemba Walker’s woeful two of 16. Nicolas Batum led the Hornets, scoring 17 points on 6 for 15 shooting, three assists, eight rebounds and two blocks.
