Actually, the 20 second comical clip from YouTube shows a car whose wiper most probably not working. So instead of paying a mechanic for a new part, not to mention the labor, the motorist just asked his mate to lean out of the window and do it manually.
The clip was actually filmed by another car person and later uploaded on YouTube.
The video clip received lots of comments. One user wrote “Innovative way to get the employment rate up” whereas another wrote “Flintstones wipers” after seeing the video clip.
