DC’s Amazon warrior princess will be given a big screen adaptation in June 2017, and with the positive reception that Wonder Woman had in BvS, fans are excited to eat up every bit of information about the movie as they can. Warner Bros. beat Marvel Studios to the punch by being first out of the gate with a female-led superhero movie during this superhero-dominated era, and now some new Wonder Woman movie images have landed online.

One photos has Gal Gadot striking a pose with her trademark bracelets crossed, but that appears to just be for a promotional purposes and not during actual shooting. Rumor has it he’s playing dual roles as both Wonder Woman love interest Steve Trevor and Trevor’s grandfather. It stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Said Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, Connie Nielsen and Lucy Davis.
Even if Wonder Woman ends badly for Diana in the WWI time period, to say nothing of Steve, it is still a tale where Diana promises to “discover her full powers…and her true destiny”. There’s a handful of interesting and visually wonderful extracts from the movie, including looks at Wonder Woman in her full costume, Steve Trevor (played by Chris Pine), and director Patty Jenkins showing Gal Gadot what to do on set.
