Microsoft is planning to anchor its fall launch schedule around Gears of War 4, which is created to be the first title in the third-person cover-based shooter series designed from the ground up for the Xbox One.

Additionally, all Xbox Games with Gold titles going forward will be backwards compatible for the Xbox One. Other titles include Square Enix’s “Deus Ex: Human Revolution” and “Kane & Lynch 2”, PopCap’s “Peggle” and “Zuma’s Revenge!” and Bandai Namco’s “MS. PAC-MAN”. As noted in the 40-second clip, gamers can expect to receive 40 to 60 percent off on selected games in the Xbox Store during the duration of the promo.

Every single Xbox One system that qualifies is already marked down, and majority come with at least a free game. However, it seems that if Azure cloud gaming technology is successful, it will allow for studios to deliver improved game performances on Microsoft devices that will hopefully draw more gamers to the Xbox platform.
