And if you’ve bought a ticket through the service between late 1999 and early 2013, you should have at least one voucher sitting in your Ticketmaster account. Fresh purchases also are required to make use of the UPS vouchers-which are for $5 and reserved for people who used UPS delivery for their Ticketmaster purchases in the 13-year period. The lawsuit claims Ticketmaster did not clearly disclose fees for UPS shipping and order processing.
Customers are poised to receive one voucher for each ticket bought through Ticketmaster during the class period – from October 21, 1999 through February 27, 2013 – with a cap of 17.
As for the $10 million worth of concert vouchers, which are being issued by Ticketmaster’s parent company, Live Nation, they’ll apply only to “events and venues … within Live Nation’s sole discretion”. Up to 50 million Ticketmaster customers are estimated to be eligible to receive tickets even though the ticketing service, a part of Live Nation, is still disputing the lawsuit claims.

Today, Ticketmaster posted a list of 450 concerts eligible for those free vouchers, including performances by The Cure, Black Sabbath, Mumford and Sons, Bob Dylan, Flight of the Conchords, Prophets of Rage, “Weird Al” Yankovich, Brand New with Modest Mouse, Blink-182, Weezer, Duran Duran, Hall and Oates, and Gary Clark Jr.
