A chef has become the first person to cook the Michelin starred meal over the Mount Everest.

According to the report, the owner of the two Michelin-starred Restaurant in Nottingham, Sat Bains, decided to launch a dinner party at the top of mountain.

He now hopes to get a Guinness Book of World Record as he managed to prepare the Michelin Starred meal over that height.

He said that tastes of food changes on different altitude, so cook have to put more into it, to maintain its taste.

He will be cooking gourmet meal at the mountain’s North Col, a sharp-edged pass more than 23,000ft above sea level, in April.
