Chelsea agree fee with PSG for David Luiz return
The Brazilian soccer star appears set to re-join Chelsea FC from Paris Saint-Germain in a transfer-deadline-day move worth around £38 million ($50 million), The BBC, The Telegraph’s Matt Law and The Guardian’s Dominic Fifield reported Wednesday.

Luiz headed to London for a medical with Chelsea and to thrash out personal terms earlier today – and now Chelsea have confirmed that a deal is agreed with PSG.
David Luiz has travelled to London to undergo a medical and secure a return to Chelsea for £38 million (€45m).
‘I always had a wonderful relationship with the fans and I am looking forward to wearing the blue shirt at Stamford Bridge once again’.
David Luiz is on the verge of a Chelsea return, two years after being sold to Paris St Germain for €60 million.
Chelsea are understood to have agreed a fee in the region of £32million for Luiz, who made 143 appearances for the club between 2011 and 2014.
Luiz won back-to-back Ligue 1 titles during his stay at Parc des Princes but the Brazilian centre-half was unable to inspire PSG to an elusive Champions League crown.
He has started all four of PSG’s competitive fixtures so far this season.
He vowed not to celebrate if he scored against his former club, but did so as PSG advanced on away goals at the expense of Chelsea in March 2015.
The 28-year-old Slimani is linking up with fellow Algerian Riyad Mahrez, who helped Leicester produce one of the biggest sporting surprises last season by winning the Premier League.
“I don’t want to buy just to buy, I want to buy the right player for Chelsea, for the present, for the future, with a good prospect”.
