Chelsea can succeed with Hiddink, says Courtois
A Chelsea fan holds a banner to support Jose Mourinho prior to the Premier League match against Sunderland on Saturday at Stamford Bridge.

The Dutchman, who had a previous spell in charge at Stamford Bridge in 2009, succeeds Jose Mourinho, who on Thursday paid the price for the club’s disastrous start to the season. “However, I am sure we can all turn this season around”, Hiddink said in a club statement.
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is trying to persuade club legend Didier Drogba, who was his guest on Saturday and watched the Sunderland game sitting next to the Russian and Hiddink, to join the club staff for a third time.
Chelsea first-team coach Steve Holland hailed the attitude of the Blues players after they earned a much-needed win against Sunderland. However, despite the improved display, the home fans made it very clear as to who they blamed for Jose Mourinho’s recent exit, targeting both Diego Costa and Cesc Fabregas during the game while chanting the name of their former “Special One” throughout.
“All of us have a responsibility for what has happened and all of us are responsible for where we are in this moment”.
“If we do that I think we get results”.
The report also reveals that Mourinho has already rejected the chance to go back to Italy’s Serie A with Roma and that suggests to me that he thinks the United job might soon be his.
Mourinho was sacked for the second time as Chelsea manager on Friday, seven months after leading them to the title.
“They have got some very, very good players who can pose a lot of questions”.
“This club is all of us and this club can not be in the position where we are now”.
Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo said “palpable discord between manager and players” was a factor in Mourinho’s dismissal, but captain John Terry said player unrest was not the reason for his departure.
“It was a hard game and it was very important to score early goals”.
However, the duo met for breakfast at the Berkeley Hotel in London, to discuss the state of the Chelsea FC squad, and it’s different players, according to The Sun.
