Chelsea: Conte praises Costa attitude
The Spain worldwide scored an 87th-minute victor as the Blues came from behind to win 2-1 at Watford on Saturday – having also hit the decider late on in Monday’s defeat of West Ham.

The Blues were heading for a shock defeat until Michy Batshuayi came off the bench to equalise and Cesc Fabregas produced a superb assist for Diego Costa’s victor.
The Antonio Conte era at Chelsea got off to a successful start last weekend with a win over West Ham, and now they journey just outside London to battle with Watford FC.
‘It is important to pay attention during the game – only this – because he is an important player and he can score a lot of goals and I want him to put himself in the game and not seek other situations’. “We know they have a very good team – but we will see after the game how hard it is for us”.
“I’m pleased for the right commitment, attitude of the players, the right spirit”.
The 54-year-old is no stranger to moving between teams – in 15 years of management, Watford are already his eighth club – and, it appears, the one where he has encountered the fewest problems adapting his players to a new style.
Etienne Capoue gave the Hornets a shock lead before sub Batshuayi and Diego Costa struck to earn all three points. I think for the English league, this is not good.
The Colombia global was omitted from Zinedine Zidane’s starting line-up for the Champions League final last season and could now be set for a big-money move to Stamford Bridge.
“I saw (Mazzarri) in the managers’ meeting, and also Claudio Ranieri”, said Conte, ahead of Chelsea taking on Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday.
“I’m pleased to see the reaction from my players”.
“We are all very proud of the way we played, the staff and the players”.
Meanwhile, Watford boss Walter Mazzarri is still waiting for his first win and he was upset with their collapse in the final 10 minutes. We played very well.
“There is no problem but again for me friendship is very important”.
“When we were in Italy and we fought for the title, Juventus against Napoli, yeah, but when you stay up and you are fighting for the title everyone fights for their club”.

“They are going to help us improve”. We could have played in a more simple way. Both Manchester teams won, so we had to win and we did.
