Chelseas Handler is back.

The 40-year-old amusing woman from Livingston, New Jersey, is most famous for her late night talk show on the E! network, Chelsea Lately, in which she and a roundtable of comedians would discuss pop-culture events. Handler eventually let her contract with E! expire, went off air, and began speaking to Netflix, inking a deal previous year to host the four-part documentary series for the company, along with a forthcoming talk show. “So I decided, ‘Screw it, why not do something completely different?'”

The four features will tackle marriage, racism, Silicon Valley and drugs. Chelsea will be seen confronting the topics that connect humanity, having the hard conversations about things that are not easy to talk about, and, Netflix says, calibrating and learning who she is along the way.

We also don’t know exactly what date each of the episodes will premiere, or if Netflix will release them on a weekly basis.

“I don’t have a problem making an idiot of myself. And I think I’ve only been in situations where I’ve been told what to do a number of times, and I didn’t respond well to that”.
