Chelsea playmaker Cesc: Guardiola definitely wa
The former Barcelona boss is out of contract next summer and there have been claims he could swap the Bundesliga for the Premier League, with City, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United all mooted as possible destinations.

According to a report in the Mirror, Guardiola is set to be offered a staggering deal to stay at the Allianz Arena which would see him take home £17m per year.
A £17m-a-year deal, which would include significant performance rewards and bonus clauses, would represent a £3m increase on Guardiola’s current deal.
“I have spoken to him in the past, and I know that he likes it a lot”.
Successor: Guardiola could replace Pellegrini.
Bayern’s chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge suggested at the weekend that a decision on Guardiola’s future – one way or another – would be made before the Bundesliga’s winter break.
“He will make up his mind entirely based on his own impressions”.
Guardiola is quite open to discussions about his future and if reports are to be believed Guardiola might end up staying with the German giants.
There is a potential stumbling block in the talks, however, with Bayern wanting Guardiola to commit to a two-year deal.
The article indicates that with City now employing Ferran Soriano as chief executive and Txiki Begiristain as football director, who Guardiola worked with at Barcelona, the duo are keen to once again have the 44-year-old at the helm of their club.

Chelsea could move for Guardiola if they sack under-fire Jose Mourinho, but they face a major battle to attract him if they miss out on a Champions League spot next season.
