Chelsea thrashing shows Arsenal CAN win big games, says Theo Walcott
England global Walcott scored Arsenal’s second goal after Alexis Sanchez’s opener, with Mesut Ozil volleying in the third before the break. Chelsea have gone three league games without victory and while beaten manager Antonio Conte refused to single out individuals for blame, he had strong words of criticism for his team.

The defensive midfielder was hurt in the 28th minute when he made a block tackle on N’Golo Kanté and Arsène Wenger said after the game that it could be a repeat of the ligament damage that kept him out for 10 weeks last season.
Arsenal forward Theo Walcott is confident that his side have the experience required to keep winning big matches after beating London rivals Chelsea 3-0 in the Premier League on Saturday.
“Conte is already under pressure to turn things around and said: “(After a defeat like this) I don’t sleep for sure. Wenger was more optimistic.
Conte added: “I don’t want to speak about defenders, midfielders or strikers because we win and lose as a team”.
The pair were responsible for an Arsenal goal in Saturday’s 3-0 defeat and Conte hopes to replace them.
Theo Walcott of Arsenal celebrates scoring his sides second goal. Then, Cahill gifted Arsenal the freedom of their half with a bad back pass, and Alexis Sanchez strode through to lift the ball over Thibaut Courtois.
Eden Hazard will no doubt prove a pivotal player for Chelsea throughout the season, but the Belgian’s lapse in concentration two minutes after conceding allowed Héctor Bellerín in behind the Visitor’s backline before the right-back crossed to unmarked Walcott who slotted home from close-range. The question is will it be that kind of season, will it finally be a title challenge? Overall, in the first half, we showed great quality. The pitch is the truth.

Just as it looked Conte’s side were gaining a foothold, be it 2-0 behind, Arsenal hit them on the break and they sealed their classy first-half performance when Sanchez found Ozil at the back-post and the German smashed his effort off the post and in. We know how hard it is to play a team with a different shape to yours. “We didn’t believe in what we were doing at the beginning and we were punished”, he said. We played with style, with pace, with movement.
