Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.

After an uninspiring Euro 2016 tournament, Lukaku has been fairly resigned to spending another year with Everton and give Koeman an elite striker up front, but this interest from Chelsea will test his resolve and willingness to follow through on that.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is beginning to get serious in the summer transfer window and the Blues have put in a bid of €60m for Romelu Lukaku, according to Sky Italia.
Lukaku joined Everton in 2013 for £28.5million, and has netted double figures in the Premier League in all three seasons he’s spent at Goodison Park.
Conte now has Diego Costa, Loic Remy, and Lukaku’s countryman, Michy Batshuayi, as his options up front next season and he is said to be looking to add one more to that number, according to Metro.
Pogba and Lukaku are now enjoying an extended break after their Euro 2016 exploits in France this summer. This explains why they are now being linked with Lukaku again.
Conte is known for utilizing the 3-5-2 formation during his time with the Italy national team since 2014 before he accepted the Blues’ head coaching job.
