When Cheryl Fernandez-Versini found out her husband Ashley Cole was cheating on her, just four years after their fairytale wedding in 2006 – she was left heartbroken.

But by the end of the hour, the ex Girls Aloud star decided it was time to shake things up, and after watching a string of guests try out the famous slide, she closed the show by having a go herself.
The X Factor judge married the footballer in 2006 and the pair were dubbed the new “Posh and Becks”. “They say a good sailor would never be a good sailor if he hadn’t experienced a rough sea”.
“It’s amusing – those who didn’t understand my actions at the time have now had that happen to them and they get it”.
She told In Style: “To be honest, I coped in public and crumbled in private”. I think that when you’ve had a lot of slaps in the face, you get tougher.
“He wasn’t exactly overwhelmed was he when he was told his category”, she said on Good Morning Britain. I didn’t feel passionate any more, just a bit dead.
But instead of talking about her kind-of-a-big-deal judging role on The X Factor, show host Chris Evans had other ideas. I had no fire in my belly.

The 32-year-old singer is now married to Frenchman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini and said that despite the fact she knows everyone wants to know about her private life “I am not going to say anything for my sanity”.
